It seems that every health and fitness magazine is talking about getting in shape for Summer at the moment. Regardless of whether Summer is coming to these shores or not I’ve decided to have a bash at some exercises that I usually don’t bother with to get myself in tip top condition.
Ever the one to challenge myself I’ve devised myself a plan which covers four exercises in particular:
Clap Press Up, Squat Jump, Glute Bridge and Burpees.
The plan is to do a combination of these exercise to total 100 reps a day which will give a combined total of 3000 reps by the end of June.

Download it, print it off, share it…but most of all get amongst it. If I can do it then you can too. Strength in numbers right? Tailor the plan to suit yourself if you want and use your own combination of reps a day. Read the key though as the rest between reps goes down every week until you’re doing the full 100 reps in the last week with no rest in between.
